Book of Revelation, The Seals

The book of revelation has been viewed by many over the past 100 years as a book which should be pushed off into a corner of the room, never to be discussed. I would even make the claim that some in the theological realm would like to tear it out and throw it away because it is one of the most controversial books within the scripture. The atheist and agnostics believe it's hype, fairy tale drama, and the christians believe it's a book for the atheists and agnostics, due to their lack of faith and belief in Christ, sort of a punishible by death saga for the evil bad guy in the movie.

The fact is it's one of the few books in the Bible that really tests your faith and or belief in God. The book was written for the christian, atheist and agnostic. The question is what part is written for whom? I claim the whole book was written for atheists, agnostics and numerous (more than 3 and less than 16) chapters where written for (church) christians. The book generates an abundance of questions, a few are;

1.What is the tribulation?
2.When does the tribulation occur?
3.How much suffering is there prior to or during the tribulation?
4.When is the church (christians) taken away?
5.What is Armaggedon?
6.What is the mark of the beast?
7.Who is the Anti-christ?
8.etc-etc.?

Now, let's examine several chapters of the book such as the SEAL judgements. I will use the main topic of the verse here, you should read the entire verse for yourself.

•Seal judgements begin in revelation (6:1) end in (8:1)

•First Seal (White Horse-Represent Anti-christ)
6 vs 1. Now I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals; and I heard one of the four living creatures saying with a voice like thunder, "Come and see." (2) And I looked and behold, a white horse.

•Second Seal (Fiery Red Horse-Represent war)
vs 4. And another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another;

•Third Seal (Black Horse-Economic disaster)
vs 5. And I looked, and behold, a black horse, and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand. (6) And i heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, a quart of wheat for a denarius.

•Fourth Seal (Pale horse-Death and Hades)
vs 8. And I looked, and behold, a pale horse. And the name of him who sat on it was Death, and Hades followed with him.

•Fifth Seal (Martyrdom)
vs. 9 When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held.

•Sixth Seal (Fear upon all men)
vs 12 I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood.

•Seventh Seal (Silence) The opening of this Seal is interesting, all of chapter 7 is skipped and this Seal is opened in chapter 8 vs
1 When He opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour. 2 And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and to them were given seven trumpets.

 

Now, I want to overlay a theology I believed and or have been taught by several ministers and or evangelists over the past twenty years; The seven seals are ORDERLY on how events will begin to unfold within revelation, and revelation is still to come.

I will first admint, maybe I MISUNDERSTOOD THEIR teaching, either way I want to clarify what I do not believe anymore, but what I have faith in.

I do not believe the Seven Seals are orderly and start with the opening of Seal One, yet I have faith in the Seals, and I factually have FAITH in this;

WE ARE IN THE BOOK OF REVELATION NOW, THE SEALS HAVE ALREADY BEEN BROKEN.... They are not numerically opened, they are broken as the LAMB CHOSE to reveal HIS REVELATION TO JOHN, not in what order they will affect the earth.

Look at chapter 5 vs 1;

vs 1 AND I saw in the right hand of Him who sat on the throne a scroll written inside and on the back, sealed with seven seals. (2) Then I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, "Who is worthy to open the scroll and to loose it's seals?"

Ladies and Gentleman, it is ONE SCROLL WITH SEVEN SEALS, not SEVEN NUMBERED SEALS, the seals are on ONE SCROLL. Secondly, when John used the word opened, He understood it has breaking it, snap it like a cookie...

Now let's go to chapter 6 vs 1;

vs. 1 Now I saw when the Lamb opened one OF the Seals; and I heard one of the four living creatures saying with a loud voice like thunder, "Come and see."

It's like saying I heard one of the four living creatures, John did not declare he heard the number one living creature, he claimed he heard one of them, same with the seals, one of them was broken, not the number one.

It was not the action of breaking the SEAL the living creature wanted John to see, it was the affect of breaking the seal the living creature wanted John to witness which released the judgements written (one scroll-seven affects) on the ONE SCROLL. The scripture is clear, He broke one seal then another, then another, there is nothing written where He broke SEAL NUMBER ONE, THEN SEAL NUMBER TWO etc-etc.

I have faith in the book of revalations and my faith assures me that we are under the judgement of the scroll. I have faith that Seal two, four and five have already been broken, and He has just snapped seal three, the seal of economic collapse.......

Your Living In Revelation, Time is constant

This map is not submitted to be critiqued, it's relevance is not in the map itself but in the little rectangles located throughout the entire map. The rectangles correlate to TIME, as it continues in each of the areas throughout the world, a nutshell version would be the three hour difference in time between the west coast and east coast of the United States, time is constantly moving, however, we enter and exit time at different intervals along the same continuum.

The point is; because this continuum of time exists and we enter and exit at different intervals we are living in the book of revelations and have been for a very long time. The book of revelations which outlines a period of time is typically believed to be a starting and ending point of time along a straight line continuum, however, I believe since time is not a straight line continuum as it is perceived to be but it's actually a circular continuum we move within the book of revelations daily and are entwined within the events written daily.

I will use an ice rink as a simple example, If you stood in the middle of the rink and slowly turned around in a circle and looked at your watch at 12:00, you would see some people falling, standing up, doing splits, twists etc, yet it's the same time and all those activities are surrounding you, simultaneously happening along the circular continuum of that precise time.

The book of revelations should be studied in the same manner, as if you were on an ice skating rink, however, many review it as a prophetic book full of only future events that begin at a CERTAIN POINT in time, and once they begin they abruptly end within a short period (7-10 years) of time. If we except this ideology the book of revelations then becomes a book of doom and gloom as most perceive it today.

I ask you to review the book of revelations as the center of the ice skating rink and all the other prophetic books (Daniel, Matthew, Zachariah, Ezekiel etc) as the events which are happening on the circular continuum of time, you can now have all the events happening simultaneously yet impacting time differently. You can have a war going on between Iran and Iraq while you have a famine in Turkey, flooding along the Mississippi River while the economies of the world collapse etc. The events are impacting the world as depicted within revelations, yet, on the same circular continuum of time.

Let's pull some scripture;

Matthew 24:3-8

(3)Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, "Tell us, when we will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?" (4) And Jesus answered and said to them: "Take heed that no one deceives you. (5) "For many will come in My name, saying, 'I am the Christ,' and will deceive many. (6) And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. (7) "For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthqueakes in various places. (8) "All these are the beginning of sorrows.

We can review the above verses and clearly see the second coming will be during the above timeframe. a timeframe full of wars and rumors of wars, however, that timeframe will not only be the second coming. Let's examine;

Now I saw when the Lamb opened ONE OF the seals; and I heard one of the four living creatures saying with a voice like thunder. "Come and see." (2) And I looked, and behold, a white horse And he who sat on it had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer. (3) When He opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying, "Come and see." (4) And another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword.

The key to these verses are the words ONE OF the seals above, as I have discussed in a previous posting (Belief or faith what do you have) theology has taught this to be the NUMBER ONE SEAL which was opened when in fact it's not, it's the first of seven seals opened. I contend if it was the number one seal then time would exist on a straight line, however, since it is one of seven seals opened time is on a circular continuum thus we have not seen the anti-christ as of this date but as of this date he is alive and has probably shook hands with many world leaders. We review the second of seven seals opened; peace being removed from the earth, which I contend has happened. We review the third of seven seals opened; which is the pair of scales, which involves money and I believe this seal has been broken within the past 2 years, seeing that the entire world is in economic crisis. I would also ask this of you; read back several verses within the scriptures and you will read the SCROLL was written on both sides, so as the scroll is rolled open the Lord is breaking the seals as He desires, not in an order of 1-7.

 

In closing;

 

I believe we would not have seen wars and heard rumors of wars, nor witnessing peace being taken from the world along with the beginnings of an economic collapse if we where not already living in the time of revelations. If we where not living in the time of revelations now because time did not operate as a circular continuum then we would have to wait for the anti-christ to rise FIRST before we heard of rumors of wars, seen famines, and pestilence, or even had the birth pains of a global economic collapse. WELCOME TO THE REVELATION!!

Rise Of MILITARY Homosexuality, Why?

I want to start off with a statement; I'm not anti-homosexual, however I'm definitely anti-homosexuality and I do hate the sin, as I hate all sin, even the sins I myself repent of daily. The challenge with discussing this type of sin is it's an EMOTIONALLY based sin and based on published research very difficult to turn away from because of the emotional (per-say) feelings attached to it. I know there will be readers who will immediately attack and become offensive just by reading the title, leaving comments that will not be pleasing to read, but, we must understand the root of this sin and that's why we'll discuss it here.

There is a movement throughout the world for gay unions which is gaining more and more momentum, either passing the supportive rights through legislation, the courts, or open balloting there is no hiding the ideology of a gay movement. In America we have 31 states that have blocked the movement through open balloting with Maine being the last of the 31 states.

I believe the act of homosexuality is a sin, just as I believe murder, gossip, adultery are sins, however there seems to be this over zealous push to bring an open gay agenda to the military of the world. I believe with a societal push to legalize gay marriage, equality rights etc there would be no need to push the agenda into the military, yet we are hearing more and more about this agenda within the military throughout the world.

I believe the sin of homosexuality is the gravest sin lucifer has burdened man with, yes, I truly believe the sin of homosexuality is of Lucifer / Satan. Now, let me be clear I do not believe the individual who has accepted this lifestyle is sadistic or evil, I simply believe Lucifer has used the emotions tied to this sin to destroy civilizations throughout the worlds history, Biblically stated and historically proven. I'm not going to discuss Sodom or Gomorrah here, nor the tribe of Benjamin but the point is simple; The father of lies is Satan as stated in John 8:44 and he has lied to mankind about this sin for 1000's of years. Look, why is there no massive agenda for adultery, pedophiles, or even incestuous acts. You can look throughout the past 6000 years and the one emotionally driven sin that rises to the top of the list in all civilizations is homosexuality, why?

Point: I believe the reason there is an agenda to move gay rights into all military across the world is because the one true military leader that descends on the world and is used by Satan and transformed by his spirit into the anti-christ will be a leader who exemplifies the homosexual lifestyle. I believe Lucifer is THE SPIRIT OF HOMOSEXUALITY. There are many sinful demonic spirits, however I believe Lucifer himself owns this one. Let's examine Daniel 11:37:

"He shall regard neither the God of his fathers nor the desire of women, nor regard any god; for he shall magnify himself above them all.

The prophet Daniel claims two specific references to the ONE true anti-christ who rises on the world scene in the last days and attempts to conquer the known world. We must remember in opening a full study of the anti-christ you will see he is definitely a military leader who enters peacefully yet destroys once he's in. Why does Daniel point to the fact that this one anti-christ, this last anti-christ on the world scene "does not desire of women", why does Daniel also point to the fact that he will not honor the "God of his fathers".

First, I believe he is given us a distinct reference to this last world leader, that he is a gay military leader. The word desire when expounding on it through Strong's concordance means, " to delight in the women" which we can see by the above scripture this world leader will not seek the delight of women.

Secondly, could he possibly be a Hebraic military leader? The scripture claims he will not "honor the God of his fathers" and if we look at the above countries that allow for open gay military recruitment you will see that Israel is on both lists.

In Closing:

I do not personally believe the anti-christ will be 100% Hebraic, but, will be of Arabic / Hebraic descent. The Israeli's honor this leader for the first 3 1/2 years of the 7 year peace treaty, yet, he breaks the treaty and desecrates the Temple, so he must be of Hebraic descent somewhere within his lineage.
